We called on a Saturday night after our tire blew out on the highway and our insurance company left us stranded for nearly three hours. Jeremy was there within thirty minutes and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He towed us, changed our tire, and had us on our way in less time than we'd been waiting for insurance to call us back. Thank you so so much.
He came in on a Sunday, had a little used tire size in stock and replaced it quickly
Jason was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Arndt Auto and Zielke Towing!

Honest ,efficient hard working. Vacation saver. We were stranded Jason answered the phone on a Friday evening & was very reassuring. Then on a Saturday diagnosed the problem, secured the needed part and fixed our car up and got us on our way mid day!

We are a small trucking company in Ohio, we had a driver in Michigan who had some major issues with her rear passenger wheel. It was 7pm on a Thursday. We couldn't find anyone to even look at our truck for almost two weeks due to covid and business volumes. Jason at Arndt's auto service also told us it would be two weeks before he could look at it, but understood our situation and took a look at the truck after hours. Parts were impossible to find due to manufacturing shortages, but Jason did everything he could and found me the parts we needed, even sent a driver to go get them for us. He took care of us and was able to get us back on the road in less than 7 hours. We would've been in some hot water with our customer if not for him. Highly recommend using this company. Honest, great communication, and extremely fair pricing. We will be a customer for life
